Location:  Miami (33138) 

As RME Studio’s Client Care and Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible daily order processing, data entry and analyzing to determine production and shipping schedules, customer fulfillment orders, basic bookkeeping and customer service tasks, amongst others. 

As a Client Care representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our retailers and wholesale customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting deadlines in a creative and fast-paced environment.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Work with the brand director, sales manager and other team members to supports efforts including: 

 Customer Care  

Process wholesale customer orders in the system with appropriate details. 
Check new-customer information is complete and up to date in the system. 
Collect payment information for wholesale customers. 
Process order fulfillment and ensure orders are shipping in a timely manner to avoid delays and penalties. 
Send accurate order reports as needed. 
Customer catalog management. 
Keep Accounts Receivable (AR) up to date and update RME leadership of any concerns. 
Provide customer service for brand’s websites as needed. 
Basic sales skills to identify upselling opportunities. 
Provide accurate product information about our products. 
Upsell products whenever possible. 
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism. 

 

Logistics / Data Analyst  

Business to business Portal management. 
EDI Portal management – receive and process EDI orders, 820 reports and others. 
Factoring Portal management – enter credit requests, upload daily invoices, submit new customer credit requests, review and analyze weekly reports. 
Process Dropship orders on CommerceHub for warehouse to pack and ship. 
Enter bills and payments in the system. 
Review monthly bills to ensure accuracy. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills). 
Proven work experience in data-entry and customer relations.  
Apparel industry experience a plus. 
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 
Fulfillment and order management experience. 
Solid understanding of ERP and EDI systems. 
Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify a plus). 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Organized, analytical and results oriented.
