Job Summary:
As Peixoto’s Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of successful direct-to-consumer marketing, digital media campaigns and influencer partnerships. Your efforts will help to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across our digital platforms to drive sales. You will regularly report on the effectiveness of your activity.
You must be knowledgeable in major social media platforms and marketing best practices for the fashion industry. You must be tapped into influencer trends and have experience managing multi-channel content calendars and using social listening and analytics tools. You must be comfortable developing and executing strategic marketing plans and managing partnerships with influencers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the brand director and other team members to supports efforts including:
Digital Marketing and Communications
- Build and manage a database of marketing-related activities including tactics, responsibilities, timelines and budgets
- Develop and execute a cohesive content calendar across all digital media (web, email, social, advertising)
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of our marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Build and manage the brand’s social media presence and online community
- Develop and execute a TikTok launch strategy
- Lead in-house content curation for organic and paid media: capture and develop original assets for posts, stories, reels, live videos and ads with a focus on curating engaging, relevant and goal-driven content
- Work directly with content creators, ambassadors and influencers to develop high-quality social media content that is consistent with the Peixoto brand
- Lead strategic brainstorming utilizing real-time trends and insights across social platforms
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand photo shoots for campaigns and ecommerce
- Assist in brand collateral and deliverables for events and trade shows
Influencer and Creator Partnerships
- Develop and manage Peixoto’s Paid Influencer and Community Ambassador programs
- Manage influencer partnerships including campaign strategy and brief creation, partner identification and outreach, contract negotiation, gifting tracking, content approvals, budget management and reporting
- Communicate with influencer partners and their teams to develop long-term and mutually beneficial relationships
- Work to constantly identify and grow a diverse partner network of influencers and creators
- Build and maintain a UGC database tied to all active SKUs
- Work closely with marketing team to leverage UGC content in organic and paid campaigns
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and influencer marketing
- Solid understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Experience developing written and visual content for social media (knowledge of Photoshop and/or Canva a plus)
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify a plus)
- Experience with CRM tools (Klaviyo a plus)
- Experience with marketing reporting and budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, analytical and results-oriented
- Knowledgeable about fashion and swimwear trends
- Able to provide samples of successful initiatives
