Not happy with your purchase? We're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition. Specifically:
- Swimwear: Must be unworn, with all original tags, bags, and hygienic liner intact and attached.
- Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and bags attached.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 20 days of the ship date.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the returned item(s) are deemed defective.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Returns & Package Protection with REDO CHECKOUT+
We've partnered with REDO to offer a better returns and exchange experience.
If you purchased REDO CHECKOUT+ at checkout, you're covered! REDO includes unlimited returns and exchanges at no additional cost, plus package protection/insruance. Start your return directly through the REDO portal.
If you did not opt-in for REDO'S CHECKOUT+ you will be responsible for the cost of the return label, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that uninsured packages are shipped at the customer's own risk. PEIXOTO is not liable for packages lost in transit to the destination or on uninsured returns.
Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed. Refunds will be applied to the method of original purchase.
Shipping Policy
Orders can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and most international destinations.
Domestic Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Free shipping on all orders via UPS Ground
- Orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM EST, Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Please note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
Transit Times:
Our transit times are based on UPS posted delivery days. However, we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE:
- All international deliveries require a signature. DHL will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
- Duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. PEIXOTO cannot reimburse customs or duty fees in any capacity.

- Canadian customers can use the CBSA Duty & Taxes Estimator.
We do not accept returns on international orders.
