Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? We’re here to help!


Unless the item is defective, the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. Products must be returned in new condition. All swimwear products must be returned with their tags and sanitary liner attached. Apparel items must have their tags, and must not be worn, washed or otherwise used.


Product must be returned within 15 days of their ship date. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. Please note promotional purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

**Please note there is a $5 shipping and restocking fee for refunds, but exchange requests are free! This fee will be charged at the time of your refund.

**Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return item(s) are deemed defective.


Returns & Exchanges within the US

  1. Click on this link and follow the steps below:
  2. Enter the email address you used to place your order above. You'll receive an email soon after with a link to start your return process.
  3. Select the items you’d like to return, choose another size for an exchange, or just return it for a refund. (Exchanges are dependent on stock availability.)
  4. As soon as your request is submitted and approved, you’ll receive a shipping label with further instructions via email. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to review and authorize your return/exchange request. And allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Our team will send you an email once the refund is on it’s way!
  5. It’s important to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your returns. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

 

Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed. Refunds will be applied to the method of original purchase.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.


AFTERPAY

If you ordered using Afterpay, send us an email at hello@girlfriend.com so we can help you with your return. Please note refunds on orders placed using Afterpay will first be refunded from Girlfriend Collective to Afterpay, and then to you. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on the PeixotoWear.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.


Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order.

Orders placed before 11AM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11AM EST Monday-Friday, or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the following business day.


Any orders over $400 will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that UPS orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam.


Transit Times:

Our transit times are based on USPS and UPS posted delivery days. However, we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.


Domestic Shipping Fees:

Standard Ground - Free: 1-5 Business Days

Second Day Air - $25:  2-3 Business Days

Overnight Air - $35:  1-2 Business Days


International Shipping Fees:

DHL Worldwide Express (CANADA ONLY) - $35: 2-4 Business Days

DHL Worldwide Express (REST OF WORLD*) - $40: 2-4 Business Days

A signature is required for all deliveries and DHL will coordinate delivery with you directly by notifying you when they plan on delivering your order. You will have the option to have DHL change your delivery instructions with one of the following choices.

PEIXOTO cannot reimburse customs fees in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs fees.
